Exploratory Study on Internalization of Character Values through Educational Profession Course

This study was based on the findings during teaching and learning process at FKIP Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu (the Faculty of Educational Science Teacher Training University Bengkulu). There a phenomenon declining good character value morality. is because misused advancing technology by students that brings negative impact students' especially found among new (Faculty Training) their early stage study. At meeting Profession (Profesi Pendidikan) course, we did observation making contract with student.. They generally still brought local moralor old behavior. could be seen, for example, they talked to lecturers seniors impolitely or often used language. Everyone's patience needed in dealing withthis phenomenon. As lectures progressed, tried internalize values toward students. had positive them. Today, are more polite, greet when meet dealt such as: religious, discipline, honest, hard work, responsible, love peace, appreciate achievements, friendly communicative. Exploratory which done students, has impact, this can seen fromthepositive progress character. Students who already have will keep better personality. wil affect future job, if become teachers.
